Product Description

CBKP triple gear oil pump

Triple gear pump is a commonly used hydraulic pump, and its working principle is mainly based on the rotation of gears. Specifically, the triple gear pump is composed of a master gear and two slave gears. The master gear is located in the center of the pump body, and the two slave gears are located on both sides of the pump body.

When the liquid enters the pump body, the main gear starts to rotate, which drives the two slave gears to rotate together. The space formed between the main gear and the slave gear is constantly changing, thereby causing the suction and discharge of liquid. As the main gear rotates, its teeth move away from the exhaust port one by one, drawing in new liquid from the suction port, thus creating a suction vacuum. At the same time, the two slave gears push the liquid through the outlet of the pump and deliver it outward.

The working principle of the triple gear pump can be simply summarized as the liquid rotates between the main gear and the slave gear, and continuously sucks and discharges the liquid in this process. Its advantages are simple structure, wear resistance, stable work, etc., so it is widely used in hydraulic systems in various mechanical equipment.
