Phenomenon Cause Exclusion method
No oil or no pressure in the oil pump The prime mover is inconsistent with the rotation direction of the oil pump. Correcting the rotation of the prime mover
Oil pump drive unit falls off Reinstall drive key
Inverse connection of oil inlet and outlet Select the correct connection according to the instructions.
The oil level in the oil tank is too low, and the suction nozzle is exposed to the liquid level. Replenish oil to above the minimum oil marking line
Speed too low suction Increase the speed to reach the minimum speed of the oil pump
Oil viscosity too high Selection of working oil with recommend viscosity
The oil temperature is too low, so that the oil viscosity is too high Heating to recommend normal operating oil temperature
Imsmooth oil absorption due to blockage of suction pipe or filter device Clean the pipeline or filter device, remove the blockage, replace or filter the oil in the oil tank
Excessive filtration accuracy of suction inlet filter causes poor oil absorption Correct selection of filter according to instructions
Air leakage in suction pipe Check each connection of the pipeline and make it sealed and firm.
The flow rate is insufficient to reach the rated value The speed does not reach the rated speed The motor speed shall be selected according to the rated speed specified in the specification.
There is a leak in the system Check the system and repair the leakage point.
The pump cover screws are loose due to long-term operation and vibration of the oil pump Tighten screws properly
Air leakage in suction pipe Check all connections and make them sealed and firm.
Insufficient oil absorption  
Low oil level in oil tank Check all connections and make them sealed and firm.
The inlet oil filter is blocked or the flow rate is too small Clean the filter or select the oil filter with a flow rate of more than 2 times the flow rate of the oil pump.
The suction pipe is blocked or the diameter is small Clean the pipeline, choose the suction pipe not smaller than the diameter of the oil pump inlet
Oil viscosity too high or too low Selection of recommend viscosity working oil
The pressure does not rise. The oil pump is not oiled or the flow is insufficient Same as the above exclusion method
Relief valve adjustment pressure is too low or malfunction Re-adjust relief valve pressure or repair relief valve
There is a leak in the system Check the system and repair the leakage point.
Due to the long-time vibration of the oil pump, the cover screws are loose. Tighten screws properly
Air leakage in suction pipe Check all connections, and seal and fasten them.
Insufficient oil absorption Same as the above exclusion method
External leakage Sealing aging or damage Replace the seal
Loose connection part of oil inlet and outlet Fastening screws or couplings
Sealing surface bump Grinding sealing surfaces
Outer shell blisters Replace outer housing
Excessive noise Air leakage in suction pipe Check the connections of the pipeline, and seal and fasten them.
Insufficient oil absorption Same as the above exclusion method
Pump shaft and prime mover shaft are not concentric Reinstall to the required accuracy
Bubbles in oil Replenish oil or take structural measures to dip the oil return port below the oil level.
Pump speed too high Selection of recommend speed range
Pump pressure too high Depressurize to below rated pressure
Air leakage at shaft seal Replace oil seal
Excessive fever Oil temperature too high Improve the heat dissipation conditions of the oil tank or add a cooler to control the oil temperature within the normal operating oil temperature range of the recommend.
Oil viscosity is too low, internal leakage is too large Selection of recommend viscosity working oil
Working pressure is too high Depressurize to below rated pressure
The oil return port is directly connected to the oil pump The oil return port is connected to the oil tank level below
Excessive vibration Pump shaft and motor shaft are not concentric Reinstall to the required accuracy
Loose mounting screws Tightening screws
Speed or pressure too high Adjust to within the allowable range
Air leakage in suction pipe Check the connections of the pipeline, and seal and fasten them.
Insufficient oil absorption Same as the above exclusion method
Bubbles in oil Replenish oil or take structural measures to dip the oil return port below the oil level.

3. Within three months from the date of delivery of our factory, the user shall use it according to the provisions of this manual. If there is damage due to poor manufacturing quality, it cannot work normally, and there is a complete use record, our factory is responsible for free replacement, repair or return.
