At present, the needle roller bearings widely used in hydraulic gear pumps have many advantages: high carrying capacity; low friction factor, low friction during starting and working, and high mechanical efficiency; it can be applied to high and low speeds at the same time; it can be applied to Large temperature range; strong resistance to oil pollution.

However, at the same time, it has many shortcomings: large noise, large overall dimensions and inconvenient overall structure layout; Especially in hydraulic gear pumps, long needle roller bearings are required, resulting in sensitive bearing performance for manufacturing and assembly accuracy, high requirements for needle roller accuracy, and strict heat treatment process requirements. At present, this kind of wave needle bearing is a non-standard part, requires specific customization, and has high cost.

In recent years, with the gradual improvement and maturity of the R & D and manufacturing technology of DU bearings in China, its carrying capacity and service life have been increasing accordingly, while the price has also declined, and its application has become more and more extensive. Generally, the allowable specific pressure of DU bearing can be stabilized at 34MPa. If the structure is reasonable and enough lubrication is guaranteed, the allowable specific pressure can be stabilized at 44MPa, and the larger limit specific pressure of DU bearing can reach 58MPa.

The base of DU bearing is low carbon cold rolled steel plate, the middle layer is sintered spherical bronze powder, and the friction surface layer is rolled modified PTFE. The wall thickness of the shaft sleeve is 0.7~2.5mm, and the thickness of the friction surface layer is 0.02-0.06mm. Anti-corrosion of steel back can be tin plated and copper plated.

The bearing can work under non-lubricated conditions, with low resistance, wear resistance, and long life. The more it adapts to the specific and complex working conditions of the gear oil pump bearing. The thin-walled structure has the advantages of compact structure, light weight and small size, and makes the structure of the gear oil pump more reasonable and the structure design is convenient. For example, the gear journal size can be increased to increase the overall strength and rigidity of the gear shaft.

The hydraulic gear pump adopts DU bearing to increase the rated pressure of the gear oil pump, reduce the noise, increase the impact resistance and increase the service life.
